Terms of Service

1h Protocols (1hprotocols.com) is run by Pivo7 OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 16069608, VAT number EE102300873), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at team@1hprotocols.com.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Pivo7 OÜ, and "you" means the person using the site or a program.

1h Protocols offers education programs on everyday challenges such as sleep, procrastination and phone use. Each program takes about an hour. It ends with a personal protocol built from your answers, followed by optional check-in emails over the next 30 days.

Programs are education. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice (see section 7).

• You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, or under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• Children aged 6 to 12 can use the sleep program only together with a parent or carer, through the parent's or carer's account.
• An account is for one person. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Please give accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

• The first chapter of every program is free and needs no payment.
• Unlocking a full program is a one-time payment of 19.99 in your currency: euros in Europe and most countries, pounds sterling in the United Kingdom, and US dollars in countries that use the dollar. The price is shown before you pay.
• Prices include VAT or other sales taxes where we are required to charge them.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Nothing inside a program is sold separately.

When you pay for a program, you get personal, non-transferable access to the full program and to your protocol for as long as Pivo7 OÜ offers the 1h Protocols service ("lifetime access"). This includes every later update to that program ("lifetime updates").

If we ever stop offering the service, we will tell you by email at least 90 days in advance and give you a way to download your protocol and your data.

As a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Programs are digital content that we make available as soon as you pay. At checkout, you ask us to give you access straight away and you confirm that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the paid part of the program has been made available to you. We confirm this in the purchase confirmation email.

If you haven't opened the paid part yet, you can still withdraw within 14 days. Send us a clear statement, for example using the form below, to team@1hprotocols.com. We will refund the full amount within 14 days, using the same payment method.

This does not affect your rights if a program doesn't work as described (see section 14).

• Programs give general, science-based education and help you plan everyday habits. They do not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease or condition, and they don't replace a doctor, psychologist, financial adviser or lawyer who knows your situation.
• If you have a health condition, are pregnant, take medication, or are unsure whether a change is right for you, talk to a qualified professional before you start.
• When a program or your protocol suggests seeing a professional, please do.
• Programs are not designed for emergencies or crises. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services.

You agree not to:

• share your account or give others access to paid programs;
• copy, resell, publish or distribute program content, except your own protocol for your personal use;
• scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the site, or try to get around payment or access controls;
• use the site for anything unlawful or harmful to others.

• The programs, texts, illustrations, software and brand belong to Pivo7 OÜ or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
• Your answers and your protocol belong to you. You allow us to store and process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy.
• Experts we quote or cite are not affiliated with 1h Protocols and do not endorse it. Their names, works and trademarks belong to their owners.

If you send us a review and agree that we may show it, you allow us to publish it on the site with your first name, in the language you wrote it. You can ask us to remove it at any time. Ideas and bug reports you send can be used to improve the programs, with no obligation to you.

Companies can buy program credits for their people. A company's purchase is governed by its quote or order with us. When you join through an employer, these terms apply to your own use, and your employer sees only what our Privacy policy describes: never which programs you take, or your answers, progress or protocol.

Your account page has a personal invite link. When someone opens it and, within 60 days, buys their first program with us, they count as one friend for you. For every three friends, you receive one free program of your choice, added to your account as a credit.

• A person counts once, and only for their first purchase. Your own purchases don't count, and neither do programs unlocked with a company credit.
• Free programs don't expire, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred to another account.
• We tell you how many friends have counted, never who they are or what they bought.
• Share your link only with people who are happy to receive it. Don't use spam, paid ads on our brand name, fake accounts or anything misleading. If someone does, we may cancel the credits involved.
• We may change or end the invite programme at any time. Free programs you have already earned stay yours.

• We improve programs over time; updates to programs you have bought are included.
• We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Changes never take away access you have already paid for.

• If a program doesn't work as described, tell us. As a consumer you have legal rights: we will fix it, and if we can't within a reasonable time, you can get a price reduction or a refund.
• We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on general education content.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting it ends your access, including to programs you have paid for, and is permanent. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
• Please contact us first at team@1hprotocols.com; we aim to resolve any issue quickly.
• If we can't agree, consumers can turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon), run by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee), or to a consumer body in their own country.
